Annual Membership Drive

Dear Republican Neighbor:

Are you as disgusted with the current politics as I am? Open borders (especially while we’re fighting COVID-19), allowing illegals access to our welfare and healthcare system for free, allowing non-citizens voting rights, raising taxes while giving away billions of dollars to special interest groups, and the list goes on!

Join or re-join our Club to work from the grassroots to help make some change.

We are the Republican Club of Lower Makefield/Yardley and our primary responsibility is to increase public awareness of local Republican candidates and our services as well as a means to raise money to help the local cause. And, we have fun doing it!  While things may change in the future due to the pandemic, we usually have an annual party in the first few months of the year to provide candidates an opportunity to have petitions signed. Then in the Spring of the year we have some type of food “cookoff” in an effort to socialize, share recipes, and have a forum for the local candidates to come do a meet and greet.  The cookoff has usually been soup and chili recipes, but we have also done a barbeque ribs and wings contest.  The summer is usually quiet, but we ramp-up in the Fall.  In the month of September we participate in the Yardley Harvest Day where we have a booth set up. Finally, in October we have our annual “pasta and politics” to again socialize and meet the November election candidates for both our area and Bucks County.

It is our hope that you will send in your membership dues for 2021. It is inexpensive and easy.  Please complete the attached form and send it in!  We would also like you to help us in any way that might interest you.  Suggestions would be to assist us with our events, be a cook, call voters, distribute materials, or work at our booth during Harvest Day.  It is a great way to meet new people!
