XV. ZONING HEARING BOARD a. Kimberly Bartra and Aldo Bartra are requesting variance for property located at 1439 Buford Drive in order to permit construction of in-ground pool resulting in greater than permitted impervious surface

b. Charles Travis Keys is requesting variance for property located at 495 Keating Drive in order to construct screen porch addition resulting in greater than permitted impervious surface
